Surrender Form

If you are an owner who wishes to surrender your dog to White Shepherd Rescue or you are a breeder who wishes to surrender or needs help re-homing a dog please fill out the following form. We do take all surrenders seriously and we aim to keep this process as informal and private as possible.

This form give us valuable information about your dog so that we can match it up to its new family. Once you have been contacted by a White Shepherd Rescue representative you will be directed to complete a surrender agreement.
